Wellness Programme Design
A wellness programme establishes the mix of wellness initiatives and delivery methods, considers seasonality/timing, and different areas for focus.
Medmark helps clients to develop programmes and plans that set out a blend of initiatives and supports across the three main areas of physical, nutritional and mental wellness.
Programmes are often designed around the calendar year and co-ordinated with external public health initiatives, challenges, etc. When designing programmes, we also consider the existing or previously established initiatives and programmes within an organisation. The programme design will also be informed by factors such as the organisation culture, age profile, on-site facilities, etc.
Initiatives
Medmark works with clients to assess existing initiatives as well as helping them to add new initiatives to their wellness programmes. It is important that existing wellness initiatives and resources are promoted, and that a structured and measured approach is taken to the implementation of new initiatives.
Data on engagement can be captured by our Digital Wellness Platform and should inform decisions on new initiatives. This invaluable data can be used in a range of ways, including interpreting it to track engagement across different employee groups (gender, age, job types, location, etc.). The platform design seeks to gain engagement from all employees, rather than just those who are already healthy, active and engaged.
Medmark keeps abreast of new and emerging solutions that are constantly coming to market. We analyse these solutions to determine their efficacy and suitability for our clients.
