Medmark4teachersna is an occupational health service dedicated to schools, teachers, special needs assistants (SNAs), clerical officers and caretakers (under the 1978/79 Scheme) employed in recognised Primary and Post Primary schools.

Our aim is to provide school management authorities, teachers, SNAs, clerical officers and caretakers (under the 1978/79 Scheme) with a well co-ordinated and managed medical assessment system, a supportive resource, so as to ensure the health and safety of those at work. We are working with the Department of Education to ensure that each employer's duty of care under the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work act 2005 is met and adhered to.

 

Please note that Covid-19 Health Risk Assessments are no longer required. You are advised to refer to the Department of Education Circular 0038/2022

We offer professional occupational health advice and services on employee medical fitness under the headings:

We have an experienced team of doctors (occupational health physicians) and other medical specialists involved in this service so as to ensure that all health issues are addressed in a professional and confidential manner.     (Arriving by car – Entering Dublin Airport follow the signs for T1 departures/set down and continue on this road past Terminal 1.
    After Terminal 1, at the bottom of the hill take the 2nd left off the main road (signposted for Skybridge House), followed by an immediate right toward the car park.
    Drive up to the carpark barrier where there is a blue keypad at the barrier, key in 001 then press the button with a picture of a bell on it.
    This will allow us to raise the entrance barrier , designated car parking spots for Medmark patients are along the left just past the barrier. Patients MUST ONLY park in the designated Medmark spots.
    Please note patients should watch for the signs that indicate Skybridge House (Medmark itself is not on any signpost as we are one of a number of companies who are located in Skybridge House).
    When drivers turn left off the main road there is a “road closed” sign but this is where they turn right up to our carpark barrier.

    Arriving by public transport – take the bus to T1, walk through the entrance to T1 arrival (an arched hallway), at the end of this hallway follow the footpath to the right, the path bends to the right after a short walk , then across the road patients can see a tall office building with a golf ball like structure on the top of it. This is where Medmark are located. Entrance to our building is beside the tall sign indicating Skybridge House, beside the carpark barrier.)
